Sales Performance Quality Assurance™ treats the completion of a sale as a process for producing an order.   This process focus advances completion of a sale from an art practiced by a craftsman to a scientific process used by a skilled technician that can be evaluated, measured, and continually improved.

Sales Performance Audit

This service evaluates your sales tools and sales support program.  It then makes recommendations for improvement based on Sales Performance Quality Assurance™ standards.  The areas audited are:

  • Sales Support Tools and Programs
  • Salesperson Sourcing and Retention

A Preliminary Audit is done with a telephone interview plus the provision of sales program elements by email and postal mail.   It can be done with a single extended interview by phone and email or in person.  You receive a written report covering how your sales management can be made more produictive, and to what degree your sales development and support meet SPQA guidelines.  The report will then recommend specific upgrades you can use to achieve enhanced performance with SPQA.  The investment for this report is $595.

A Full Audit is done by visiting your facility and interviewing key sales and marketing personnel. A full audit provides a comprehensive report on findings, with recommendations provided in marketing plan format.  The suggested strategies and tactics will upgrade your sales development program into an order production focused Sales Performance Quality Assurance™ program with quality controls.  The investment for this service usually begins at $5000 plus expenses.

Reference Manual Templates are available for sales support reference manual pages and administrative management manual pages.   Pricing is based on content, and usually begins at $600.

Workshops on the design and implementation of a Sales Performance Quality Assurance™ have been held in the past, and will be available in the future based on demand.  Workshops include prototype reference manuals, and are priced at $995.
